These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the TransitionCommand app provided by KIBU Global Ventures LLC ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Who can use the app
TransitionCommand is intended for adults. By using the app you confirm you are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, and that you can enter into these Terms.
Your license
We grant you a personal, limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use TransitionCommand on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use, in line with the usage rules of the store you downloaded it from. You may not copy, resell, rent, sublicense, reverse engineer, or modify the app except where the law allows.
Purchases and payments
TransitionCommand is a paid app. Purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play under their terms, and we do not receive or store your full payment details. Refunds are handled by the store you purchased from, according to that store's policy. To restore a prior purchase, use your store account on the device.

Jessica generates responses using artificial intelligence. Responses may be incomplete, out of date, or wrong, and they are general information rather than advice tailored to your situation. Do not rely on Jessica for any decision without verifying it through an official source. Do not enter sensitive information such as full Social Security numbers or passwords. See our Privacy Policy for how Jessica messages are processed.
No government affiliation
TransitionCommand is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, authorized by, or endorsed by the U.S. Department of Defense, the Department of Veterans Affairs, any branch of the armed forces, or any government agency.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the app, interfere with its operation, attempt to access it in unauthorized ways, or use it to break any law. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for keeping your device secure.
Intellectual property
The app, its content, design, and trademarks are owned by KIBU Global Ventures LLC or its licensors and are protected by law. These Terms do not transfer any ownership to you.
Disclaimer of warranties
The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error free, or that any result or information is accurate.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, KIBU Global Ventures LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the app. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months before the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless KIBU Global Ventures LLC from claims and expenses arising out of your misuse of the app or your breach of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
Termination
You may stop using the app at any time by deleting it. We may suspend or end your license if you breach these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive, such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability, will continue to apply.
Apple App Store
If you obtained the app from the Apple App Store, the following also applies. These Terms are between you and KIBU Global Ventures LLC only, not with Apple, and Apple is not responsible for the app or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app. To the extent permitted by law, Apple has no warranty obligation, and any claims relating to the app are governed by these Terms. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you. You confirm you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as terrorist-supporting, and that you are not on any U.S. Government restricted-party list.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, USA, without regard to its conflict of law rules, except where the consumer law of your country of residence provides protections that cannot be waived.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
