No. TransitionCommand opens straight to your command center. There is no sign in and no account required. Your purchase through the store unlocks the full app.

Sign in to the same store account (Apple ID or Google account) you used to buy the app, then install TransitionCommand. Your purchase is tied to that store account and will be recognized. If it does not restore, email us and we will help.

Jessica is the in-app AI guide. She helps you organize your transition and answers questions in plain language. Her responses are general information, not legal, financial, medical, or official benefits advice, and they can be wrong, so verify anything important through an official source. Please do not enter sensitive information such as full Social Security numbers or passwords.

Your transition details are used to build your personalized plan. When you message Jessica, that message is sent securely to an AI provider to generate a response. We do not sell your personal information. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.

You can delete the app from your device at any time. To have us delete information we hold, email support@kibuglobal.com and we will take care of it.

Purchases are handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play, so refunds go through the store you bought from, under that store's policy. We are happy to help you sort out any issue first, so reach out before requesting a refund if something is not working.

TransitionCommand runs on iPhone, and is also available on Android. If you hit a problem on your device, tell us the device model and operating system version so we can reproduce it.
