This policy explains what TransitionCommand collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. TransitionCommand is provided by KIBU Global Ventures LLC ("we", "us"). The app does not require an account to use. An optional Google sign-in is available only if you want to sync your purchase across devices.
Information you provide
When you set up and use the app, you may give us details such as your name, branch of service, rank, separation date, and goals, along with the messages you send to Jessica, the in-app AI guide. You share this so the app can build your personalized command center and answer your questions.
Information collected automatically
TransitionCommand does not use third-party analytics or advertising SDKs. Basic technical information such as app version and device type may be handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play as part of normal app distribution, but the app itself does not track you or build an advertising profile.
How we use your information
- To provide and personalize the app and your transition plan.
- To generate responses from Jessica to the questions you ask.
- To maintain, secure, and improve the app.
- To respond to your support requests.
AI processing
When you send a message to Jessica, your message is processed by a third-party AI provider through a secure connection so the app can generate a response. Please do not enter information you would not want processed for that purpose, such as full Social Security numbers or account passwords.
Service providers we use
We rely on a small set of trusted providers to run the app, including an AI provider for Jessica's responses, a cloud hosting and delivery provider, and the Apple App Store and Google Play for distribution and payments. These providers process information only to perform their service for us. We do not sell your personal information.
Data retention
We keep your information for as long as you use the app, and only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information by emailing support@kibuglobal.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.
EU and EEA users (GDPR)
If you are in the European Union or European Economic Area, KIBU Global Ventures LLC is the data controller for your information. You have the right to access, correct, erase, or port your data, to object to or restrict processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email support@kibuglobal.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. We process your information to provide the app (contract) and to maintain and improve it (legitimate interests), and we send your Jessica messages to our AI provider to generate responses. We do not sell your personal information.
Children
TransitionCommand is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of this page.
