How do I restore a purchase?
Open TransitionCommand, go to Settings, and tap Restore Purchases. If it does not come back, email us with the Apple ID email you bought it with and we will sort it out.
How do I manage or delete my data?
You can request deletion of your data at any time. Email support@kibuglobal.com with the subject "Delete my data" and we will confirm once it is done.
The app will not load. What should I try?
Check your internet connection, make sure you are on the latest version, then close and reopen the app. If it still will not load, email us with your device model and operating system version.
Is this an official government app?
No. TransitionCommand is an independent app from KIBU Global Ventures LLC, a veteran-owned small business. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by the U.S. Department of Defense, the Department of Veterans Affairs, or any government agency. Information in the app is general and is not legal, financial, or official guidance.
Going Out Europe
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

I reinstalled the app. How do I restore premium?
Open Going Out and tap Restore Purchase in the app menu. Your subscription is tied to your Apple ID or Google account.
The NEAR YOU panel is empty. What do I do?
Going Out needs location access to sort places by distance. Check that location permission is enabled: iOS: Settings · Privacy · Location Services · Going Out · While Using. Android: Settings · Apps · Going Out · Permissions · Location.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their store policies. KIBU cannot issue card refunds directly. Email support@kibuglobal.com and we will help direct you to the right store refund flow.
